Heino is a great cult hero. At the age of 84, he is still touring Europe. Germany, Austria and the Netherlands are particularly favorites. You can recognize Heino from afar, with his blond hair, dark sunglasses and of course his deep baritone voice. The whinenacht tour is almost sold out in the Netherlands. In total he is in 12 halls, complete with band and all. His biggest hit was Blau blüht der Enzian, but aficionados also sing Karamba, Karacho, ein Whisky, Karneval in Rio and La Montanara (das Lied der Berge) effortlessly. Heino, who hopes to celebrate his 84th birthday two days before his performance in Hedon next year, was also on stage with the German band Rammstein. He also has his own perfume and candy line at Haribo.
